Lee-Ann’s career grew by moving across functions - Manufacturing, Product Development, Supply Chain and Research & Development - gaining the kind of perspective that only comes from doing the work yourself. She built strategies, teams and systems that helped organizations grow while staying grounded in what was practical and achievable.
